Starting to PrayIs faith in the unseen the way? To arrive in Eternal Heaven one day, To stay true to my heart’s desire, With purity as intense as fire, To burn away the unwanted thought, Making ashes of what I am not, Unfortunately I don’t know what to say, There is hesitation in starting to pray, So for right now the action I need, Writing thoughts as I want to proceed, Although I cannot see outside of time, I can guide my thoughts with this rhyme, If I feel there is nowhere to turn, I’ll keep myself safe in what I have learned. |
